Ultraviolet lamp holders

Lamp holders play a vital role in the performance of the ultraviolet system. They should be inspected every 200 hours of operation. If contamination is present, they must be replaced to prevent arcing between fitting and lamp ends.

TCS offers direct replacement OEM-compatible lamp holders for a variety of ultraviolet curing systems. The spring and solid assemblies are normally used with metal based (431 end cap) curing systems. The clamp style is used on RPC, PPG & Aetek equipment.
